Do you take custom requests?
Yes! I love making bespoke items so if you have an idea or would like an item that is not listed on the website, please get in contact with me to discuss it. You can see some of my previous makes over on the Bespoke Creations page. Prices start at the same as standard items from the website. Larger sizes and adult items will be priced on request. Standard shipping prices apply.
What is your turn around time?
All items are hand made to order, unless purchased from our 'Ready to post' section. Turn around times can vary so please check here before ordering. Current turn around time is 3-4 weeks.
How are my items posted to me?
All items are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and a tracking number can be provided upon request.

Up to £25 = £3
£26 to £99 = £5
£100 or more = free postage
What is your refund policy?
Returns
We have a 28 day return policy. All items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the items have been received and the credit will be returned to the original payment method.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for any return shipping costs and unfortunately this can not be refunded.

Faulty items
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact me within 28 days and I will pay return postage costs and endeavour to fix any faults. In the event that this cannot be completed, an alternative will be offered. If this is not suitable a full refund will be issued.
How do I wash my items?
In order to minimise shrinkage and fading, please wash items inside out at 30 degrees with similar colours and hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying if possible.
